"A perfect location and well equipped apartment in the Old town to explore and enjoy Nice. We enjoyed strolling the streets finding restaurants, exploring the markets, sights and visiting the beach. Access to transport and the rest of Nice was very easy."

"1. It would be better to have a key locker closer to or at the location. 2. The front bedroom needs a blackout curtain. The lights from the street are very bright during the night and the room doesn't get dark. Also, whoever stays in that room needs ear plugs as the noise from the street can be heard until late."

"Location was superb. Apartment was a lovely mix of old and new. The pictures don't do it justice, as it looks really modern but it has lovely old features of the original building. Full of lots of mod cons which make the apartment a great stay. We have stayed in a few apartments in the old town now and this was by far the best. Beds are very comfortable. Bathroom has a towel warmer which was very handy. Washing machine worked well. There is a Nespresso coffee machine, and a dishwasher too."

"While these are not negative points for us as we really enjoy the things that go with staying in the old town, it is possible that certain aspects might not be suitable for all. Such as: steep steps up to the apartment ( no lift), can be noisy outside in the morning. There are a number of bars and restaurants downstairs which can be quite noisy. Although, great for a nightcap."
